Yaplet records the page's structure and interactions as lightweight data, not screen video or screenshots. Passwords are masked automatically, and canvas and cross-origin frames are not recorded. Hide any other element with the gl-mask or gl-block CSS class or with setReplayOptions, and choose what gets recorded with page and visitor rules. Recordings are only served over short-lived signed links. Other personal data is not masked automatically, so tag sensitive fields yourself and keep your privacy policy and consent rules up to date.

No. It runs in the background after your page loads, records small changes instead of video and strips heavy embedded images.

Until the widget runs out of room. On the Growth plan each widget has 250 slots of about 2MB (50 with the add-on on another plan), and a long recording takes several slots. When it's full, the oldest unpinned recordings are removed. Pin up to half of the room to keep them. One recording can be up to 50MB or six hours long.

Each session gets a 0 to 100 score from signals such as its length, pages visited, rage clicks, console errors, failed network requests and whether the visitor is identified. The score maps to Low, Medium, High or Critical. A multi-page session takes the highest score of its pages.

Yes. Pick the visitor, shown by their email, name or ID, then filter by importance, device, widget and date and open the session.

Yes, sessions in mobile browsers are, and you can filter to mobile or desktop. Screens inside a native iOS or Android app are not recorded.
