Install Yaplet on UNAS in four steps.

Copy your code
Sign up free, then in Yaplet open Brand → Chat widget → Install, choose UNAS and copy the code.

Open the script menu
In your UNAS admin, go to Beállítások → Kinézet, Arculat → Szkript beszúrás (Settings → Look and branding → Script insertion).

Add the Yaplet script
Add a new script, name it Yaplet chat and paste the code. Leave loading on normal, switch the script on and save.

Check your shop
Reload your shop. The chat button appears in the bottom-right corner. Click it to check that the chat opens.
The UNAS admin is in Hungarian, so menu names appear here as UNAS writes them, with a translation. Paste the code without script tags: choose UNAS on the Install tab and Yaplet gives you the code in that form.

Questions about Yaplet on UNAS
Do I need an app, or to pay UNAS anything?
No. Szkript beszúrás is a built-in UNAS menu, and adding the Yaplet code there costs nothing extra. There is no Yaplet app for UNAS, and you don't need one.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. You copy the code from Yaplet, paste it into the Szkript beszúrás menu, switch it on and save. Only an order-status lookup needs a developer.
Will the chat slow down my shop?
No. The Yaplet code loads the chat in the background, so your pages don't wait for it before they show.
Which UNAS plans work?
Any plan that has the Szkript beszúrás menu, because that menu is all Yaplet needs. Yaplet already runs on a live UNAS shop. If you can't find the menu, ask UNAS support whether your plan includes script insertion.
How do I switch off my old chat?
If it came through UNAS's own connection, switch it off at Beállítások → Külső kapcsolatok → Chat a látogatóval (Settings → External connections → Chat with visitors). If it was added as a script, switch off or delete that script in Szkript beszúrás. Otherwise shoppers see two chat buttons.
The chat doesn't show up on my shop. What do I check?
First check that the Yaplet script is switched on and saved. If the code shows up as text on your pages, the script field didn't add the script tags: edit the Yaplet script, put the opening script tag on a line before the code and the closing tag after it, and save. If you added the tags yourself and nothing appears, remove them.
Can the AI recommend products from my shop?
Yes, once you connect your catalog as a Google Shopping style CSV feed or through Yaplet's Product API. The AI then suggests products in the chat and shows cards with price, stock and a link to the product.
Can Yaplet look up a customer's order?
Not on its own: there is no built-in UNAS order connection. If your developer provides an endpoint that returns order status, you can add it as an API tool and the AI calls it during the chat. Otherwise the AI passes order questions to your team.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Your Yaplet account is free forever with no credit card: the chat on your site, the shared inbox and the phone app. You can try the paid tools free for 14 days, with free AI credits. After that, the AI is pay as you go from your credit; with no credit, new chats go to your team.
