What kinds of fields can I add?
Six types: short text, long text, single choice, multiple choice, numeric scale and file upload. Any field can be required and can have a placeholder or a help line.
Can I use a form as its own page?
Yes. Every form has its own link, so you can use it anywhere: on its own, in an email or behind a button. Answers still land in your Yaplet inbox.
Can I send a form in a live chat?
Yes. While chatting you can send any of your forms. The visitor fills it in right in the chat, and the answers stay with the conversation.
Do forms work with the AI in the chat?
Yes. Yaplet can collect details field by field in the chat (name, email, ticket details) using the same field types as a form. You start with free AI credits for your free 14 days. After that, add credit from $5 to keep Yaplet answering, with no subscription.
Can I add ratings or NPS questions?
Yes. Use the numeric scale field, set the range (1–5 for stars, 0–10 for NPS or anything else) and add labels for the lowest and highest values.
Can people upload files?
Yes. The file upload field takes images and PDFs up to 15 MB each, and MP4 videos up to 25 MB.
Where do submissions go?
Straight to your Yaplet inbox: in the chat they came from and on the form's board, where you sort them and reply. No spreadsheet, no export, no second tool.
Which plans include forms?
