Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of yaplet.

Due to the nature of yaplet's products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to "return" the product. However, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant a refund or store credit.

Non-Delivery: If your order has not been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund (100%) or store credit for the amount paid to us. This ensures that you are compensated for any services or products that you do not receive.

After Delivery: Once the service or product has been delivered, you may still be entitled to a partial refund or store credit if what was delivered does not match what was ordered or if there are missing elements from the service. The exact nature of the refund or credit will be determined based on the specifics of your order.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
